Our Formulation is a proprietary TRADE SECRET and as such is protected by a "Material Transfer Agreement". To purchase our Formulation, your authorized company representative must download and sign the attached agreement and email it back to rick@godskudzukiller.com. Upon receipt of your signed agreement we will issue you a member ID code and then you will be able to place an order!
