Shipping Policy

Dear valued customers, we're excited to offer complimentary shipping to addresses within the United States as a standard service. However, we understand that some orders may require additional delivery accommodation to meet specific needs. We provide optional services such as Inside Delivery and Lift Gate Delivery for an extra charge. These services ensure your items are delivered exactly where you need them, with added convenience and efficiency. Should you require any of these additional services, simply let us know during the checkout process, and we'll be happy to accommodate your request. Order Processing Times
We process your online order within 1 business day. Order and shipping confirmations will be sent via email. Customers can request text updates at checkout.

​LTL And TL Freight Transit Times

Eastern Seaboard:  2 to 3  business days*

Borderline East/Central: 2 to 4 business days*

East/Central: 3 to 5 business days*

Central/West: 4 to 5 business days*

West Coast: 4 to 7 business days*

*Delays
Neither God's Kudzu Killer, LLC nor the actual Freight Carrier shall be held liable for delays in delivery caused by; acts of nature, war, accidents, weather, or delays due to State or Federal intervention or any other circumstance that are beyond the control of God's Kudzu Killer, LLC. and or the Carrier(s). Such circumstances negate the Guaranteed Transit Time service. Beyond the circumstances noted above, liability for Guaranteed Transit Time shall not exceed the additional assessorial charge indicated on the invoice for this service.

God's Kudzu Killer LLC is not held responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, customer shipping information entry errors, lost or stolen packages, failed delivery attempts, or any carrier delivery exceptions.

Out Of Stock
Occasionally we are out of stock on items. We will offer email sign-up for notifications when the product is back in stock.

Inspection For Damage, Defects, Shortages
Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Damage, shortage, or defective merchandise claims must be reported at the time of delivery. Please email rick@godskudzukiller.com and include your order number, name on the order, and a photo of the issue if applicable. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Cancellation
Orders are generally shipped in 1–2 business days so contact us immediately should you want to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should an order cancellation occur after an order ships it will be handled under our returns policy.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Paypal, and Apple Pay.
Goergia state sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Georgia. Out-of-state customers are expected to comply with current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.

Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns Accepted:

You may return eligible items within 20 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 20 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  3. Exclusions: Final sale items and opened items are not eligible for return. Specialty bulk chemicals are not returnable for safety and regulatory reasons.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. You can contact us at rick@godskudzukiller.com.

  2. Packaging: Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process a refund to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges.

Damaged Packages:

  1. Refusal: If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the package at the time of delivery.

  2. Contact Us: Immediately contact our customer service team to inform us of the refused delivery.

  3. Replacement or Refund: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund once the damaged package is returned to us.

Exclusions:

  • Final sale items and used merchandise are not eligible for return.

  • Specialty bulk chemicals are not returnable for safety and regulatory reasons.

  • Returns received after the 20-day return period may be subject to refusal.

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
